This session will help showcase how the workforce strategy is shaping the workforce into a new paradigm for the professionals and how we work in partnership with patients and their carers to help them self-care.  This is a great opportunity to hear what some of those leading on this work are currently doing and give your experiences of where good education and training of the workforce has led to effective self-care for patients and their carers.
